JUNE 2025 - 40 HOURS OF CIVIL MEDIATION TRAINING - JUNE 11, 12, 13, 2025

The 40 hours of civil mediation training consists of 20 hours of On-Demand, Asynchronous Training on the Internet as well as three days of live synchronous mediation training on the Zoom platform with breakout rooms for our simulations, exercises, and role-plays, and will include training for mediations done either online or in person. This training is designed to satisfy the Louisiana Civil Mediation Qualifications Statute, La. R.S. 9:4106, the Mississippi Supreme Court Mediation Qualifications Rule, as well as the federal and state court Call for Mediators Programs for first party insurance claims (hurricane mediations).
