CONFLICT RESOLUTION TRAINING
CONFLICT RESOLUTION TRAINING
For organizations and groups, we also offer mediation and conflict resolution training that will introduce professionals in the medical and health care industry to the world of conflict resolution. The training will discuss conflict in the medical field and focus on every aspect of the mediation process, from the mediator’s introduction to the drafting of the settlement agreement by the mediator.
The training consists of two days of intensive hands on training. Coupled with their knowledge of the rules and regulations of the medical field and the knowledge gained in the two day mediation and conflict resolution training program, participants will be thoroughly familiar with the mediation process and will be capable of conducting mediations by themselves. The two day basic mediator training will focus in great detail on the areas displayed in the table. >>
FOLLOW-UP MEDIATOR TRAINING
For those organizations who desire more in-depth mediation and conflict resolution training, we offer follow-up advanced mediator and conflict resolution training approximately six months after the initial basic training. The purpose of the advanced mediator training is to focus in greater detail on how the mediator functions during the mediation. The advanced training will focus extensively on the mediator’s role, function, strategies and techniques. The training will include an in-depth probe of how the mediator manages the expectations of the parties, creates currency and maintains movement until an ultimate resolution of the dispute occurs.
After the advanced mediator and conflict resolution training program, the participants should be thoroughly knowledgeable of the mediation process and possess the ability to handle even the most difficult cases encountered in the medical and health care industries.
