2026 - 20 Hours of Live Family Mediation Training - Nov. 5, 6, 13, 2026

The three days of family mediation training will introduce new mediators to the family mediation process. The dynamic online training presents a variety of topics that are of interest to family mediators. Presentations include the opening statement, divorce laws for mediators, an introduction to the civil mediation process, effective communication in mediations, emotional intelligence in mediations, handling virtual mediations, and mediating with people with personality disorders. The mediation training will teach mediators how to handle the tough issues that arise in family mediations and how to break impasse and reach agreement.
